★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here since last 2 years, spent a very good time here, Cool n Calm Society with systematic 98 Bungalows! Distance from main city is just a concern else a very good place to live in. We call this area as eastern “Satellite”!
USP in my opinion - Area is much greener than most of the parts of the city, Surrounded by nice restaurants like Saffron, Honest, Havmor, Jassi de Parathe, U.S Pizza, Dominos, Struggis etc. Good schools are also nearby (Madhav International, Madhav, DPS East, Podar International, Arpan etc). Easy access to Ring Road, NH.8 & Express way, Airport, Railway Station. Transportation also good as upcoming Metro Railway would start from here only, BRTS is nearby, East RTO, Petrol Pumps, Hospital available within few Km distance.
Overall a good Society to stay!
