Worst service at all. Don't ever go at this place for the laptop repair, they keep for months and say it cannot be repaired. They took my laptop for battery replacement and then gave me with dead laptop and for it they kept for 2 months and at the end they said it cannot be repaired.

I was never disappointed , rather I am thankful for his service and advice. They provide an amazing service not only during the purchase but also the service afterwards.
Today I got laptop for my son ( 2nd generation) from them. So I thought I should thank and appreciate their service on google. Atleast thats the least I can do.
I myself am working for IBM for 18 yrs and i know in detail about the computer hardware configuration etc and I still go to him .... So you can understand his expertise.
