★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a CERA toilet flush tank for 1200 rupees. As it was not suitable for fixing at home, i came back to the shop for an exchange.
He has given an alternative flush tank of another company which actually costs 600. He has not returned any money to me. So, i have a loss of 600 rupees at this shop for just an exchange.
When i went to the shop for first time, he has spoken so lovingly.
But when i went for the exchange, he was so reserved to speak to me.
