★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience, have bought 1 hp motor pump from owner with a validity of 1 year. But at the time of purchase I asked him that branded cos such as Crompton is also quoting same rate why should I buy from him. He assured that he uses genuine parts and also this motor will not went down before 3-4 years, so with such promise I bought same for 3700 INR. After passing of just 13 months, motor went down, have called him. He said this is out of warranty and cost for repair is 1350 INR. I reminded him his promise, but he denied, later on I asked him to repair. At the time of repair I was with his labour and came to know he uses local material which was used one. Also he denied that all parts are genuine. Guys seriously don't go by his words. In fact buy genuine motor pump from branded company. I enquired from local neighbor from his shop they also confirmed that lot of customer comes with same problem. Capacitor which he uses is of seconds, also copper wiring is from scrap market.

Mr. Sanjay is very courteous and explained all the specifications of the pump in clear terms. The delivery was also prompt. They hv their own set up to repair all types of motors and pumps. We were fully satisfied with their performance in all respects.

Plus point is even if the product is out of warranty, The owner Mr Sanjay is so humble and honest person, he always gives best advice and tries to build long term relationship.

I was going for crompton but I was impressed with the quality of the products they have and main thing is femtex has it's own in house manufacturing, so I shifted my mind from crompton to Femtex n I m really happy with the performance..even I recommended this product to my relative even they are also Happy..
