We feel extremely sorry for such arrogant attitude of Staff specially Ms. Joyti Choudhary.
Mr Nitin Maheshwari has zero value in front of his own staff. Not even once did he try to check about the issue.
Pathetic behaviour towards customer. Absolutely saddening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The top sealing machine is not good at all. Does not do the job efficiently. Many complaints of leakage of packaging by customers. Also the cutting blade isnt that good. Bought it just 2 months ago! Although packaging material is good and at competitive prices.

Every time commitment is made but in the end there are no deliverables.
Inspite of this, what is more shocking is that there is no value for time or respect for clients. Client relations are for a toss here. If anyone is particular about timely delivery and accountability Mahalaxmi is not the place to go!

There is just 1 clause. They need order in minimum number quantity and it varies on different product.
