The worst furniture store I have been so far. Their attitude when trying to convince you to buy is totally different from when the order has been placed and the max. Advance had been taken....
No one addresses the issue later. Everyone says they are outside

โ โ โ โ โ Located near Shoghi, they have an extensive collection of latest designs in furniture. They also deliver to Solan free of cost. Custom designs are also welcomed by them. Quality of the furniture is far better than competitors across Solan city. Prices may be a little on the higher side, but the quality is totally worth it !!!

โ โ โ โ โ Poor staff with wrong commitment to the customers and worst thing is that owner Arjun goel is so cheap & tricksy person that he will not listen to your problem at all. His attitude will change towards you after he receives full payment.. I will suggest all never buy any furniture from them as the quality of is very poor...

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor customer service. They will promise you long term services in case of furniture damage but now the manager is not interested in listening to our problem. He will simply give you the number of the owner, Arjun Goel , who is too rude and is least bothered to help you. We are ready to pay but he is avoiding our messages. I donโt understand why do they make fake promises when the customer is buying furniture and when the work is done they forget to fulfill their promises. Such unprofessional behaviour. I remember when we bought the furniture they told us that they would provide us long term services in case of any damage. I am not asking for free services but still they are not providing us the services which was promised to us when we bought the furniture.
Eventually, I would say that,ย donโt trust them if they make sweet promises to you at the time of buying furniture.. itโs all fake. They will totally ignore you after the payment is done.
This kind of attitude is not going to work for them. Customers are not dumb.

The product is not very old.. only 5-6 years back we bought it and it is not badly damaged. Pictures were sent to you.. only rods were required which you were unwilling to provide.
