This seller is happy when he sells to you and tell you if you have any issue with product please bring it back we will accept it. But if that product has a defects of issue then he will start arguing and try his best to make you fool.
I had a very bad incident, I had asked him for sanitizer of min 80% alcohol and not too diluated. He gave me and said this is the best I have and if you have issue bring it back I will refund you.
The sanitizer he gave it was a poor quality and so much diluated that I have kept a small amount of it in open for a night and I got the same qty of sanitizer in a bowl. Almost nothing was there in it except a good fragrance.
I took it back and said I want different one, this one is not upto the quality what I asked for and then he trying to tell me what is in there and what not ano not accepting his mistake and not even ready to change it. It goes for 15 min and later his colleague came and said ok. We can replaced it but the other brand products is 50% more costier.
Wow that's superb ??...Thanks but no thanks.
I ended up buying other stuff of same price but didn't get money refund.
Stay away from such people...!!!
