The guy who picked up the phone was very rude and told me that they don't deal if the quantity is lesser than 20-25k. Also he suggested me to go to Sadar bazar. Google should not list this supplier in top list if they are so high headed. I needed 500-600 pieces of cake n cookies boxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited their outlet after confirmation of material availability, But after selection and finalization process they handover the invoice after 1 hour of waiting period, i paid the amount and they told me to collect the material from their warehouse, after 1.5 hour of slow process Once I reached to collect the material at warehouse the person told me that concerned material seems out of stock,
Then I went back to their outlet, The Staff behavior is very very unprofessional and pathetic, they were just smiling shamelessly, they never regret to kill my 3 hours of time, and said that they will refund my amount on next day, after the argument Finally I got my money back, I informed the same with owner Mr Nitin also, I guess they already awared of my case, overall I will never visit again at this outlet,
Guys who want to kill 4-5 hours of your valuable time may plan to visit, and the most important thing, plz keep your water bottle or tea coffee, Because they does not have ethical values that you can ask for tea water in whole 3-4 hours.
Overall Pathetic experience.?
