★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These apartments are good to go if you are a bachelor and staying with 2-3 friends. The place has excellent connectivity to elphinstone and Parel station via shared cabs. Also you can get the buses and cabs very easily. The only drawback of the place is that the water comes twice a day for half an hour, and the total carpet area of each and every flat is around 300 sq ft.

3 Everything is available nearby
4 Well connected with the nearby places
Bad things
1 people through garbage from their windows you never know when what might hit your head
2 Many people are of very low standard and lower upbringing hence they don't know how to speak with others if you belong to sophisticated society you will definitely feel uncomfortable around them
3 No Car parking
4 No proper security
5 not enough no of cctv cameras in the society

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much cheap public live here, if you go backside of building you get horrible experience as anything garbage will hit your head anytime. Public though get such beautiful huge houses shwoing their jp attitude. Room are very specious but people are narrow minded

Here flats are small but at cheaper rate u get
Outside the building it's like Supermarket includes vegetables , food shopping & other restaurants also available here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a modest accommodation at an excellent location. There's plenty of good places to eat and drink. Convenience stores like laundry, groceries etc are quite near too. The only downside is indian-style toilets, the unbearable heat and the construction sites that surround the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far the best Slum Rehab housing in South Central Mumbai. Very spacious flats and very breezy too. There are 6 Wings with 8 flats each and there are 23 stories for each tower. Each wing has 2 lifts. There is water shortage and municipal water is provided at 7:00-7:40 in the morning and later 16:30-16:50 hours only. All flats have individual water tanks too.
