When you visit they wash your mind and make big promises about after sales service but when u get some sort of issue with the product they don't admit that the product is faulty and they don't even know how to communicate with the people.
I bought a Bluetooth headphone cost 1700 which was online available for Rs 1500 but still they promise me about after sales service and then when I faced issues with the product they denied...
Extremely pathetic never go there for buying something

If I had to visit the service center for after sales services then I would have bought it online and saved my self from pathetic experience and a bit amount of money also.
You promised to provide all after sales service from your shop.
You don't know how to deal with a customer.
I would be recommend everyone who are reading this not to buy anything from Mahalaxmi Telecom and never melt on their after sales promises.
