★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took 2300/- on a ticket (offline) of 1300/- for Bhopal to Hyderabad 3AC. Their chief said to me it was confirmed so I didn't checked the pnr status and in train I found out that seat was a RAC (shared). It was 14 hour journey including a night.
No response given when I called.
Worst experience of my life.
