★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both driver and conductor were rude. Almost missed my bus because of them. Never take Mahalaxmi Travels, avoid them at all cost. I've had better experience with other travel agencies for Haridwar & Jaipur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost service for travelling jaipur to ahmedabad. They called me for 11o clock for bus but bus reaches at 1:30 at night. Also there no chair at office for passenger. I give 2 star because bus condition is good 8/10 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for Booking but it was neither comfortable nor happy journey. Coz i told them to give me seat in middle but they gave me seat wich was over the tyre of bus and I got so injured meanwhile my head was touching the roof of bus by jumping at speed breaker and I had so much pain . Nd they told me that bus will reach 7 at dehradun but it was totally wrong bus reached 11 am in the morning so I'll not give that much rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have travelled to jaipur in last week. Thier bus staff members are good but It is very sorry to say that staff don't know how to behave with women. Especially they have denied to use washroom facility in jaipur office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever i faced today .Never expected .Bus drop from jaipur at 9:50 PM now bus conductor says bus delayed to reach at Lucknow by 2:30 hrs.
Bus timing for reaching at lucknow 7:30 pm
But reaching at lucknow 10 pm .
Worst service ever faced. I missed my most valuable exam after preparing 2 years never expected this type of service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Brother and I travelled from Jaipur to Varanasi on the Mahalaxmi Travels bus Service. Online booking was easy and allowed choice of date, time and seat which was great.
Loading of the passengers and luggage was orderly due to the conductor host who also travels on the bus.
The bus was new and had facilities equal to airline travel. The free entertainment system had limited choice but most could find something suitable. There was reasonable wifi on board,
Free coffee or cappuccino was served and was quite good.
To go from Jaipur to Varanasi one way cost 1000 rupees per person.

Reading light not working and tv screen is only a display.. not working..

They called us and said that we cancelled bus and pls go to our another bus at 9PM. That 9PM bus was so pathetic. Also, they didn’t give us the difference amount.. Late departure
Smell inside bus
Stoppage is so unhygienic and unhealthy
Sleeper Seats are dirty
People were having smoking inside bus. Worst travel ever.
