★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how to describe their inefficiency. I think they just don't want to work. There are more efficient and willing people out there who are really in desperate need of jobs. The government should look after these matters seriously. It's not only this particular post office but all are the same. Packege booked on 2ng August haven't been delivered yet and it's 14th August, though they have received it on 8th August. My house is 15mnt away from this S.O.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs over here are very much rude! They don't know how to behave! They taunt the person's ! I had some misunderstanding I simply asked to clear they character assassinated ! I had to visit thrice for one speed post !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Out for delivery since 5th August 21, it's 20th and yet not delivered. Customer service inefficient as well, provided a wrong number to contact with. It is our hard earned money you're receiving as salaries Have some respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service.. bad behaviour. my document delivered on 9th as per the tracking system of indian post. when asked them bout this, the indecent lady said , it delivered on 4th n we returned it on 5th as insufficient adress was thr as it is a very urgent document,, who wl take responsibility to gt it back to me? what n when n to whom i should ask? is this the kind of people govt is deputing who is only sitting ideal n ofc playing in mobile n gossiping?
shame on the staffs who behaved so badly especially the lady .. n the post man too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The post office is located at such a place that it is very difficult to find even if by asking local people.You have to take a number of turns through lanes to reach at the location as the office is currently functioning at a residential premise.Services like speed post, registered post and parcel etc. are available.The staff are efficient at work and one you get there the services will be hassle-free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its location is very confusing. We almost didn't believe Google maps when we reached a dirt road leading to it. Reversing with a car is just barely possible there. As a post office, it should be more accessible.
Our daughter's passport had reached there a week back but due to a long postmen's strike, it hadn't reached us. The lady who greeted us was very professional. She was not an Odia. She asked for the proper credentials before searching for the passport and then refused to open the mail on finding it, which was the right thing to do as it was a very odd situation for us to go there and receive it. My husband opened the mail and signed for it. All in all, it was a good experience because of that lady. The post office is basically located in a rented garage.
