★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uttack: Chief minister Naveen Patnaik today inaugurated a bridge on river Mahanadi at Jatamundia connecting Athgarh and Banki built at a cost of Rs 62.49 crores.
Cuttack MP Bhartruhari Mohatab, Banki MLA Prabhat Tripathy and Athgarh legislator Ranendra Pratap Swain were present on the occasion.
Before the CM ‘s visit, police had taken some Congress and BJP leaders into preventive custody to ward off any possible untoward situation as the BJP had earlier opposed the Banki MLA’s visit to the bridge site.

You just cant even imagine the views you can have from there
Long bridge, deep waters, large hills mountains, dense forest
Such views are just great.
You would be perplexed by going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is situated on the river Mahanadi. Which is biggest river of Odisha. The bridge is situated on Cuttack city it connects Cuttack city with jagatpur. Perhaps it is the biggest biggest bridge of Odisha till 2017. Awesome place. It gives beautiful view in the rainy season
