★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor here is seems to be irresponsible.. Hospital staff said that the doctor will come in 10 minutes, but the doctor came after half an hour.
Patient was not feeling well.. and needed to wait.
Time punctuality is necessary, else proper waiting time should be conveyed.

Took charges for HCT scan and ECg and did only hct and given report without informing that ecg is pending . After wards when I asked them about this issue they it's your problem not from us .
Such a pathetic service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited it for my CT Scan when I had 104 temperature due to Covid. I requeted it to send the report on WhatsApp, it straight away turned down my request.
The way the personnel responded was also not upto the mark.

I wanted to get an ultrasound done and we reached there sharp on time..
The attendant first asked for the payment.. and gave directions that she needs to have her bladder full otherwise the scan might not get done properly.. we waited for more than an hour. Post which when informed the attendant that she should be taken for the ultrasound they made us wait for another 30 mins.. post which they send another patient who had arrived much later at the centre.. since my mother is diabetic and elderly she couldn't control her urine and we had to come back home.. the attendant was least bothered to distribute the reports from the counter.. while other people were waiting for their reports..
Utterly irresponsible and pathetic service..

No discussion with patents and nearone to know about issues and also don't had word with them. They treat like We go their to get bhik, if you really want to save life of your important one, choose another place for better'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to go for your CT Scan need. They provide good service and help the patient properly for the diagnostic tests. Staff is humble and helpful. We had to go there on Sunday. The attendant said report will be given on next day. We asked for faster reports as it was necessary for our patient. They gave us the reports in just one hour.
