★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is on 21st June 2020 went to office. It is shown open but gates are closed and no body is allowed inside.
I went with the application of surrendring my Broad band n: 20860001. I also wanted to surrender the router but did not allow inside.
Not ready to even acknowledge my application of surrender.
It is the worst place where no work is done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MTNL want you to disconnect your connection , Have very bad experience Land line not working since last 4 months before also quality of voice was unclear lots of static noise before also complaint but nothing happened, well paying bills regularly, Visited many times to Versova MTNL office spoken to concerned officer but no one care ,Soon or later you will disconnect your phone and you will realise that it's No Point to have this connection , just wasting money for No reason when other options are available ...........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My landline 26316755 is dead since February 2020. Inspite of several complaints it is not repaired. Linemen have stopped coming. But I have been receiving bills. I have not paid the past four bills. I don't intend paying them. I just want to surrender the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MTNL is on its death bed. There is hardly anyone in the exchange; most staff have taken VRS, the place is in a mess. Wonder if they can even sustain operations too long. My phone is dead over 5 months. Now I understand the matter. MTNL Maro aur koi Jio.
