There is zero customer service. No one picks up the phone , you have to go-to office to register a complaint. Engineer does not come on time promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very worst service. They don't even listen what customer try to say. Jus like that they cut the call in the middle, if we try to convey our problem regarding internet connectivity. Every day I'm calling them that my internet connection has a prblm. But there is no solution. To be frank, per day my internet connection is up only for jus 2-2.5hrs in the evening. After that I have to make call to them.they used to say will rectify in 5-10 min. But even after 1.5hrs also I won't be getting solution. I dono how about in the morning. Later I understood that I'm wasting money on this... And I'm currently looking for other service providers....??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a waste of time to call them for any help or connection. They provide a very poor service you have to call them thousand times if you want connection of cable or wifi. Their staff especially receptionists are very rude. It's better to buy dishtv or Tata sky instead of wasting time and engery on such a rude people. ??they are only good in charging money and nothing else.

Rude people. Ready with all types of excuses.
They work according to their convenience.
Never provide help on time.
Dumb people give excuses saying that they don't know what's happening...
They ignore you and keep aside the receiver. I have recorded this moment in front of them.
I am currently using my idea data for writing this review. It's that horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to rate it as (-minus) Whenever u call these people, the only thing the lady will say on the call, "thike ma'am aapki complaint forward kar dete hai." I don't know where the hell she forwards the complaint. Worst! Pathetic! Useless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst , wifi never works , if we call them regarding the problem of wifi they always tell we cant do any thing, and also the receptionist always watches the tv and never answers properl if we call the technician he use to see th router and just move the wire of the adapter and tells that it is not my work and the worst i can tell u my wifi is of 10 mbps and it gives me around 1 oor 2 mbps never never buy any thing from this or plans the lady comes after 10 o clock and the alsi no use
