★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travel is good...i booked an AC sleeper....seats were good...also staff was polite.....and the staff informed us ...that bus has arrived on phone of regular follow ups from me....and when u call them to follow up...staff gets rude at u...that's all that happened....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a bus for Alibaug with 17 people from morning 6 am - 11 p.m. We emptied the same by 10:30 with half an hour in hand from the deadline to reach Dombivli. In service industry, time matters but there’s also understanding for 15-20 mins extra time. He still adamantly asked for extra money and was very arrogant. Our trip ended on a bad note.
