Red Flag to all Tourist, these people are scamster.
and there are more similar places, Rajasthali textile, Kalu chahca shop.
Every single item is overpriced by 4-5 times (compared to shops at Baapu Bazaar, Johari Bazaar) and all the items are very generic, nothing is great about them.
Parking guy, E-Rickshaw guy will tell you good things about these places, since they get comission to bring tourists. Be little more attentive and you can yourselve check prices at multiple locations and then decide to purchase, if at all you want to.

It all starts with autowalas and local guides telling you the best place for shopping original items. when they drop you there, you were lured by high managerial and selling skills like "this jaipuri rajai is washable, too hot, can be used in all seasons, cold in summer, warn in winter, this and that in monsoon and much more fake claims"
They show you item with Wool sheep, but pack for you without wool.
You realize when you open your purchases coming back at home.
Very much overpriced, no good quality nothing else...
Instead try MI road or Tripolia Bazaar for original and cheap negotiable rates. In the price of one at Maharani Bazaar, you can buy three
