★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor service I purchase a iffalcon tv from here but the display had a small l patch on right of the screen I had registered a complaint for the same after two days technician came and he declaired that there is a problem with panel need to change I will place the order for the same . now almost one month had passed but feed back is 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic post sales service. I had purchased cooler but i did not receive wheels of the cooler. I had to follow up with multiple times but still not received the wheels yet. Very unresponsive. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought TV 4 days back, box was delivered after 3 days and it is still not installed on 5th day today...Take are only to sell after that They are forgetting customers. They do not answer calls. Poor Customer Care !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, irresponsible staff, inflated prices. They sale something that is not available at their store. The staff dont have product knowledge and misguides the customer.
I booked a wall mount bracket for a 32 inch LCD TV. I was told, I would get it delivered at home. After heavy follow up, I received one product after 2 weeks. They charged me Rs 1,000/- for which online price was Rs 149/-. After complaining at the store, they provided another piece at Rs 1,500/-. That too after one more week. And this time I had to collect from the store. This was not the one that I was asking for. So I returned it and got my money back. After many calls, more than 5 visit to the store and a lot of harrassment, I did not get anything but a lesson, 'never deal with this store again'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a wirlpool refrigerator on 10th April and received delivery on 11th April. Wirlpool engineer came and installed the refrigerator on 12th. Unfortunately I was out for work. On 13th I noticed that refrigerator I have received is same as what I saw on display in store located on Satara road. The salesman and I noticed that there was door noise coming from the display piece. I went to the store on 14th April, to check why they sent me display piece instead of company pack piece. The salesman was acting clue less and was not able to justify the reason for this. I asked him to replace the piece as there is noice coming from the refrigerator door. The salesman was like you have used the refrigerator for one day we can't replace the product. But at first place it was stores mistake that they sent me the wirlpool refrigerator which they used as display unit.
Really disappointed with this. A customer is expecting brand new piece from the store but store is sends them a display unit. I just can't believe how a store can do this to their repeat customer. I had bought 2 LG AC's 2 months earlier before this refrigerator purchase.

2. Is of refrigerator unit which I received at home.
Both are of same refrigerator unit proving it as the store has send us the display unit.
