Paise account mein aa gaye toh customer jaye bhad mein is the attitude of this store. Even a wada pav walla from the road will give better service & deliver on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m very regular and old customer of maharastra electronics.. few months back i bought elica slimline automatic burner.. and i received damaged one.. after complaining so many times at elica and also maharastra electronics i still did not get any response from elica or maharastra electronics.. whenever i go to the store he assures me saying i will do it still there is no response.. bad customer service.. i better have bought from online.. it would have got replaced within 10 days.. sorry state of maharastra electronics.. never will go nor will suggest anyone to go to this store henceforth..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been an loyal customer to maharashtra electronics but not anymore owing to my previous week experience, I was getting my washing machine for a much lower assured price from other store (with some diwali gift worth 2k), however Mr Monto assured me to take from them and he guaranteed for a 3k Cashback, since with my past experience I knew him as a trustworthy person, I took his word, however once the transaction was done I had a very bitter experience, with no Cashback, store blaming the company and vice versa, different agents keep dragging me despite several calls and visits, they have finally assured me of getting it done within a week, I would keep my review edited and updated after a week to know if their assurances are any legitimate or mere false promises.
Edit 1 Dec 5, after several call and reminders, I have been enrolled for discount cards (would be receiving it monthly), so the promise they made is being fulfilled. I take back my words and rate them 4 stars for the Maharashtra store we always looked at for any Electronic appliance needed.
