Office time is 10am
M waiting here in office, but there is not staff.
Security person say there is no one to ask them. So they come by 10:30/11am.
How unprofessional it is
I see all security staff are so humble and polite.

β β β β β Security arrangements r good ,ompare to private organisations internal office activities irregular ,No control over office Staff Timings , people suffered , waiting period to meet concern officers & proper guidance not available ,Dept responsibility not clear , just Throwing Ball to another department

β β β β β They are nothing but a university of corruption. Our case is headed by sonawne. Hope he does justice when he is cornered.
It is just a generalized statement about corruption there. But the same does not apply to the honest staff there. If I don't get justice here, then I will will knock all doors but I won't give up until justice is delivered.

β β β β β Had to file an appeal against the Housing Society and the staff right from the security till the Dy Registrar was very helpful. Being a govt office did not expect a smooth functioning like a pvt Ltd company. But the office should be made AC considering the huge work loads according to the jurisdiction

Officials are as you can see in all government offices. Carry one identity proof for entry purpose.
Parking available. Inside canteen is available for visitors.
Good clean canteen. Moderate charges. Self service.

β β β β β This is the building of MHADA which concerns with general public issues. The staff is co-operative. They have taken n no. Of initiatives in e-governance which makes work to be done faster and at ease with the tip of your finger. There is a lot to learn from MHADA for other government organisations. Keep up the good work.
