★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people don't care for any thing have tried calling their customer care number 29 time , no one bothered to pick up calls. Is this why we are paying electricity bill. This should be looked by our CM. This board is simply enjoying their club.we don't mind paying extra , but provide the service to the the rentals. Worst experience from last one year. Board should be questioned and people working around should be held responsible for such act.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Third class service. Never picks the call and keep the phone busy purposely. Kamchor log hai. Cutting off the power for no reason. Whenever picks the phone very rudely they talk that they don't know anything that what is happening in the surroundings.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Power outage since wed 5th aug afternoon.. No proper response from the customer service desk.. No one has any idea when the power will get restored.. Rude n unprofessional behaviour.. Pathetic service.. These guys only know to charge hefty rates to customer and dont want to provide services.. MSEDCL what a shame ... Not even worth one star rating for their services. I hope i could give them ZERO.. Seriously that is what they are worth..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As any government outlet for providing services, MSEDCL office in Panvel isn't any different than other outlets. While people are helpful at the office, the work takes time to get done. And with the long queue at the counter to pay bills despite providing online payment options doesn't help to people with actual problems.
