★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Experience. The bus broke down 40 kms from Nagpur. My Dad was stranded for good 5 hours before an alternate bus was arranged. We had booked through redbus. So Maharashtra travel didnt return back our money. I would refrain from traveling with such Providers.

Bus driver and staff are rude
And destination reaching time is almost 5-6 hours late, took 22 hours to reach surat from Nagpur . i was told 16 hours at beginning of journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever.. My bus timing from Nigdi (Pune) was 7:30.. called the driver 5 times to te him that I am standing right at the stop.. the bus went ahead without picking me up. Then asked me to come and catch the bus from a different stop.. Also I was supposed to reach ngp by 1 pm. And I reached at 5
