Total harassment for patients. I am here for my covid test today and not get any help from any one. No social distancing. Not an arrangements for sitting. If a person has already a fever of 100 and has to wait for 2 hours for their covid test then only I can say a total harassment. Staff is busy in their personal talk. So irritating. And worst part is no other hospital or covid center expect this one. Kya hoga Rampur ke logo ka

Very Bad facilities Doctors not on time, Trainess nurses was lack of knowledge, also they treat people like animals very poor I sad veeeryy poor it's like a Sick zoo and lack of medical knowledge staff

I dont see any hope in this hospital. 1.... I wont judge the qualifications of doctors and for that matter even nurses, but they certainly lack some soft skills. None of them would approach you with a smile, all of them act as if they have some sort of authority over our lives, they are either overworked or they dont care at all. They are public servants and none of that is visible from how they function. 2.... The entire premise is in shambles, a clear projection of deep corruption that lies at the core of this hospital. Ambulances are in ruins, literally fossilized at the back of hospital. Equipments are damaged beyond repairs, building is in fragments. hurts to see public money wasted like that. 3.... Patients are treated among filth, Wards are cleaned only on Saturdays. Floors are grubby, Washrooms are grimy. 4.... Doctors have tieups with the pharmacies outside because who doesn't like making some extra money. Government is paying them in peanuts after all (not). You want a test done ? "Well go to this favorite lab of mine because we dissected all the money that government sanctioned us for labs and ate it raw, also we want our cut". Surgery equipment ? Whats that ? "We dont have it here, go buy it from outside because we'll recycle later by sending it back to the shop, yumm money".. 5.... if you know a doctor, a nurse, a security guard or even a janitor. You surely are lucky because your work will be done with obviously with a little hassle of begging. We are programmed to believe that public health care is like what i have described above, but no its not the case. Public healthcare could be of utmost quality, there are public hospitals much better than this, akin to private hospitals across the country. Government should start cleaning this mess, left right and center. These rats are in a dire need of pest control.

Had the same Worst experience today also.. machineries are not working, they told again today to get a xray from outside and medicines again they told to purchase from outside.. i don't know why this so called hospital is still open ? When everything they are asking to get from outside (private clinics)..when you don't have that particular medicine stock available then why the hell doctors are prescribing those medicines..only two things are there "1" They don't have the knowledge about what is available with them, they are not updated on daily basis. "2" There some kind of setting with outsiders to help the outside business.. its i Pathetic hospital..i chose a single star because there not option for under rating..only after choosing a Star we can ratethis hospital has a budget to make new buildings but no budget to maintain those machines which are useful for common and poor people..i think these staff people don't even know the meaning of OPD...

I has always a drastic experience..... Bad behaviour of nurses... Disappointment ????? bad bad experience always...

It's not worth talking to anyone how to talk Neither the doctors check on the team, but the pain continues at night, but neither the nurses see nor the doctors. Very bad behaviour to security guard lady.. How ..to talk ..no manners it's..not hospital This is a name hospital It should be given the name of dispensary They get salary, not doing any social service to work, it is a very bad condition here. Looks like the system here That they do not like to bring this patient, these people want to take free salary.

Very bad No facilities , NO Xray machine , NO ultrasound machine, BLooD test charges -660. THAT BLEED POOR PEOPLE MONEY. For Xray and ultrasound they suggest private . That may CHARGE upto ₹3500 for it Also medicine price very COSTLY .. BEHAVIOUR of people not good So bad place.
