Lots of people comes daily for spending free time here.
To reach place you have two ways
1) Take any red Bus which is going for lalghati and
then take any auto they take 5 rs per person.
2) take tr4b which take you tekri directly.
Now tekri is hill place to go there there is 3 way.
1. You can take ropeway which cost 50₹ per person.
2. Book auto which is costly.
3. Foot way is the best and easy way to reach tekri.
You can see many place where you can take selfies.
Time to go there??
The best time is 4 o'clock at evening. Because it take 2 hours to visit every spot there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is popularly known as MANUABHAN KI TEKARI ( मनुआभान की टेकरी) situated near Lalghati area on airport road.
मनुआभान was one of the most popular person in the kingdom of the rajabhoj, who use to dance and sing in the rajdarbaar for the entertainment, later on he become saint and start chanting mantra and adopted the sanyaas ashrma and start residing on tekri so name of tekri popularasied on his name.
This place is situatated 1300 fit above the sea line. You can see the awesome view of the city from here, it is the highest place in the city of Bhopal and one of the most beautiful place also, city looks very beautiful from here and gorgeous view of lake and greenery makes you speechless.
A Jain Swetamber temple makes the perfect combo of beauty and spirituality, about 150 yrs ago begum kudesia directed the excavation work and by the result an idole of tirthker mahavir came out which is placed there in the temple, later on this place got the name of महावीर गिरी.
You can reach here by the rope way also and you see the beautiful seccnery of Bhopal lake and scattered flora funa.
You can also reach by the road, road is very well maintained now..
