Very much akin to government organisation in the way they function - shody work, unkept promises and deadlines, pass the buck attitude of employees. Please don't invest in any Mahaveer property! Highly likely that they might run away with your money and shut shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst builder who uses cheep reject quality materials for construction. Their apartments in Bangalore entire plumbing was done using low quality iron pipe (not GI or PVC) which causes the pipes get rusted inside the wall and break inside wall and underground water lines. Needed to replace entire plumbing in 10 years of all construction by this builder. This need breaking the wall and digging causing huge money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ frauds. I have booked a flat at sitara. They did not give the documents and now they are not refunding my booking amount also. All their properties have legal issues.
please don't do any booking at this fraud developer. They have cheated thousands of customers like this by taking the booking amount and not refunding it. Check the customer reviews before booking. you will understand what type of fraud developer this is. When I call for refund they immediately disconnect my call.
please don't loose your money at this fraud developer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahaveer group is very unfaithful, rude and full of liars team, They are not completed 1% of what they have promised in Mahaveer palatium project, club house is in the phase of land conversion since 5 years, many survey numbers are in litigation(ex, SY no. 12 & 14), builder is bankrupt, he is not in the position to pay salary of the employees, he is keep on lying on date of completion instead of work, This project looks like a jungle, So think before you make investment here, many owners have filed RERA case against builder(about 100), Sooner owner strike is planned in big level. Builder has a plan to run away by selling his last phase sites without doing any basic amenities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a plot at Mahaveer palatium last year..the project is crazily delayed, the team keeps giving fake assurances. Their only intent is to sell and then don't do anything at all. Basic amenities are being built for the last several years with an intent to never complete.. pls stay away for the benefit of your hard earned money and time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No OC for Mahaveer Willet project even after 5 years. There are many such projects like Mahaveer Amaze. They have run away without giving pending dues to the residents' association, they have given away half of land to bbmp for road construction without giving us a penny for compensation. Currently due to the new road construction our DG and transformer are outside the boundary wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic and disgusting builder you will find in Bangalore and in Karnataka. The Reddy builders are cheaters and are very unprofessional and incapable of managing a project. For earning money they will cheat you with bad material of building , bad project completion, bad project management and are like a third class builder who makes roadside stand alone building. They are incapable to making quality and well maintained society .they cant even give basic amenities to the residents and have very poor and pathetic management.
