★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder is not giving any facilties no water, no electricity, no drainage facilites. You name it, That issue is there..I cancelled my booking after waiting for registration for almost 5 to 6 months... ..
I booked an empty site..I thought of constructing 2 to 3 portions and I can rent out a couple.. Now the issue is existing prior who bought contructed villas are arguing that we cannot rent out its just only one villa and the argument goes on..No use of spending 2 to 3 crores..
Otherwise a nice layout and many facilities are coming up but not sure when.
Mahaveer builders have spoiled it completely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Good BDA A katha plot with all Amenities,2-3 garden & Amphitheatre completed . club house & Swimming pool under construction.This is the only BDA site near Hoodi area with reasonable price .I can see Few incorrect comment below .This plot is gated and free hold property ,No restrictions,You can construct as per BDA norms G plus 3 with three car parking or G plus 2, verified with BDA officials .This plot is within 2km from upcoming Hoodi metro station .Yes there is high tension wire passing in between layout but builder left both side 30ft road and the pole is changed to mono pole recently. Good investment and for immidate construction . I recommend this property .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this property in 2015 or so and it has been ever since the same. Very sad. I bought another BDA plot and built a house and its been 5 yrs since then, no major change in this layout. I thought everyone would have occupied. But still the same. Also the High-tension wire cause radiation upto 200 feet or more, causing cancer and other radiation based diseases. Approval authorities only APPROVE for having ameneties like Road, park below it, but truth is they are not considering the Radiation part. Are we not humans ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good property. It has not seen much of progress in terms of facilities in last 10 years. They charge more or equal to what the rate is outside this layout, but don't provide any of the facilities like Kaveri water, power connection etc.I was saved of falling in trap by a friend who knew all this. I instead went and purchased a property outside.
