Apartment is very narrowly built. Only beauty is its Swimming Pool, which is surrounded by all apartments, not much amenities left for residents to enjoy. Very clumsy environment...

The apartment complex has 4 blocks. A,B,C,D respectively. Each block has 4 floor excluding the terrace. All the apartments are of 2BHK and 3BHK.
There is a swimming pool for the residents at the centre and a play garden for the kids. Also party hall and gym facility is available.
Parking space is ample . Also there is a separate visitor parking.
There is a dedicated transformer for power the complex. Underground water is used.
The security personnel does their job well. Also an in-house clothee pressing shop.
Maintenance cost is comparatively low @ Rs.2,500. A great place for a family to move into.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and very clean society. The management here also is quite active. During pandemic peak days they have literally followed all protocols. Even did had emergency doctor on call and oxygen cylinder as well.
The clean staff is very active and they do a great job.
It might seem small from outside but its quite huge society from inside as well. They have kids play area as well
