★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got our apartment in August/2016; I am appalled at the poor quality of construction and terrible workmanship. Most of the things were shoddy, dirty or cheaply done. The roof of this penthouse BR is leaking, it has other leaks in different places. The Construction managers will nod, but wont complete tasks or find an excuse to delay/obstruct and incompetent.
The elevators are tiny. The bathroom door is just 25-26" wide, can barely get in.
This was supposed to be a premium building project, but is done poorly and we feel cheated. In India, it is unfortunate that builders collect all the money upfront and we don't have leverage if it is not upto satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location but many problems and issues with the builders not delivering on promises, shoddy workmanship and downright negligence which led to the playground of our compound falling into a sink hole. Thankfully it occurred in the wee hours of a school day which meant no children were hurt. But an entire portion of our built up area just fell away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of our relative stays there....so we keep going often..Nice big open space and very quite location...Since I am not staying I don't know about the quality and maintenance part.
