★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister gave the shipment which had medicines for courier to dubai from Vasai branch. This guy name Ketan from Mahavir Courier Express Vasair branch took the cash 5K, all documents and medicines but it has not yet been dispatched and now he is not answering our phone calls and also he is not available in the shop
When I called to their Mumbai office and spoke to Sukhdev and Mayur who said they cant do anything and we must approach vasai branch guy name Ketan. I tried calling this guy Internationally from dubai and he kept ignoring our calls. Till date no updates. So basically I would say Shree Mahavir Express Courier is fooling people by taking money and no service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever for simple courier service form Mumbai to Dubai made me feel lost...no coordination at all this people sits here in office and gives some random other guys number for tracking details and that to he never answers/replies on time when i called back to office to check whats wrong they said to me that "we don't provide any information we don't know call that person and check"... really..?
I had to do international calls to Dubai's courier service to get my delivery done...so ill not recommend them to any 1....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't fall for their trap, their site states that they have a fastest delivery service but trust me they are not even competant to send one small parcel from Vasai to Borivali in 48 hours, despite commiting that it will reach in two days. Their tracking details are inappropriate can't be trusted. It generally shows Out for Delivery but parcel is never sent on that day. They simply send parcels from one location to another and then write it got delayed due to misroute. Despite of mentioning complete address and pincode a parcel sent from Vasai to Borivali was first sent to Dadar then Jogeshwari then again Dadar and finally sent to Borivali. This way they waste two days - three days. Heights is when I was chasing at the Vasai Branch for the status, the Department Head simply disconnects call, ignores messages and calls.

They are not ready to accept their mistake rather are convincing me that it reached 2 days back.
