Owner also provides good solution for the repairs , new fittings, fixtures, plumbing and sanitary ware.. they also have good variety of brands considering locality.
Cons- the labours and staff or people visiting for doing work are not at all qualitative.. they will 1st say yes for all and never do the things as per requirement. No qualitative finishing or impressive work done by the people over here.. this is typically an issue also observed for many places and persons specially in ahmedabad area.
