★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behaviour of staff specially receptionist ,no one there to attend calls if someone pick your call they shout on you why are you calling them and clearly say no for that service which you know there is available.
I'm totally disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a long term physiotherapy and the person who was sitting for the billing was so arrogant to me regarding payment that i didn't had liquid money and not accepting online card or UPI payment, due to my problem in walking i cant go to. ATM that's far and come back by that time I would be exhausted and dehydrated in this 44 degree.
Adjacent to the counter they accept swap / UPI/ cash everything . But this was a situation which was bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr, Neha sharma this lady is totally rude behaviour she dont have talk to patients always shouting i was trying many time my mom eyes operation but she totally denied me she always giving me some excuses this is not my risk i dont have ICU this is your responsibility she directly saying me go to max hospital. Plz if any one seniour seen my message plz talk to thats lady she totally dont know how to treat a patient. If i dont have money then how can i go max hospital she always forcing me go to max hospital and i am never visiting that hospital just because of Neha sharma plz someone to talk that lady regarding that all issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really disappointed with this place. Most of the numbers published on our old paper work were not working. When I found a mobile number through Google and called them to check if the center was open? The person on other side started shouting at me saying " why are you keep calling? You should know my phone was busy so somebody must be having a "Baat" then he said you spoke to me yesterday.
I tried to explain the person that this is the first time I am calling you but he said that I was lying because he could see my number from earlier call. ????
What a joke. I never called him before. The management of this place should interfere because charitable does not mean that people who are getting treatment have no self respect. I would like to forward my complaint to some senior. I also sent them e mail but nobody was bothered to reply.
I will not suggest this place to anyone. If they can not respect people how can they treat them? The first thing a patient needs is mental and emotional support which they clearly failed to provide in my case. In my openion the place deserves 0 rating. Also it stinks inside the clinic. It was full of urine smell. I could hardly breath there. How can they do eye surgeries if they can not maintain hygiene?
In my openion this is not a good place for eye treatments. ??
