★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I'm happy with the outer Hardcover quality and print but not satisfied with the promises they offered for book binding.
Pros:
+1 star for outer cover quality,
+1 star for polite service &
+1 star for quick work
Cons:
The sample book they showed me had a red cloth glued to the spine for extra strength which will last a long time (see red circle pics) But mine wasn't having any such binding (see green circle pic).
-1 star for poor binding
Although we paid ₹1.5 for printing each paper (others were asking for ₹1) yet we got poor quality printing carbon lines all over the book) (red arrow pic)
-1 star for poor paper print.
