Now i am in africa but let me share my experience with Mahesh Bajaj palanpur.
I worked with Mahesh Bajaj 5 years and it was very memorable . Always they care about customer.
In East africa Bajaj Bikes in number 1.
People use in public trasport
People use for carry goods bcz of very strong capacity and minimum maintenence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahesh Bajaj has very third class service. Never goes Mahesh bajaj for any type of service.
I already user of bajaj pulsar.
When we planned and meet for new bike purchase taht time they are very excited and give good response but when service time or any issue at that time they are not listening us.
From last 2 service i compaint about there dull service and washing incomplete but after that there is no satisfaction and no answer. Here I attach photo which are after 4 time washing at Mahesh bajaj.
I personally suggest you never goes there for service for your any type of bike from basic to dominar.
There manager also not give response after the complain.
Also bajaj service charge are very high.120 rs parts and the labour charge is 300rs what is this?? I think bajaj understand public as a fool. Never never goes to Mahesh bajaj for your bike service.
Also i mailed about that problem to manager, company , customer care but upto today there is no solutions.
If you are believe in original parts than purchase from there and installed that part in your bike outside / local service centre.
For washing goes local service centre it has only 50 rs and give better quality.
