★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start with, I bought a 80L/h cream separator machine directly hand to hand from the factory itself. Having taken it home, I started separating cream and I heard some noise from the machine the very first day, but ignored it. Next day, the noise increased and a plastic part started getting shredded into the machine itself. The fine particles started coming in the cream as well as milk which can not be separated by human eyes and hands since the powder of the plastic was very fine. This repeated the next day so I took it to the factory. The sales team was so good that they responded very nice, but said that it was in the hand of the owner so the last decision was in the owner’s hand. I had paid a hefty amount of my hard earned money so; I couldn’t let it go. I was not satisfied with the product so I wanted to return the product.
THE OWNER AFTER WHOM THE COMPANY HAS BEEN NAMED, CLEARLY STATES THAT THEIR COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A PRODUCT RETURN POLICY. THIS COMPANY HAS NEVER TAKEN BACK AND PRODUCT AND WILL NEVER TAKE BACK ANY PRODUCT, NO MATTER HOW RUBBISH THE QUALITY IS.
THEY DO NOT MENTION IT BEFORE SELLING OR ON THEIR WEBSITE OR ANYWHERE THAT THERE IS NO PRODUCT RETURN POLICY EVEN AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS OF SALES. I SENT THE PHOTO OF THE BROKEN PART THE VERY DAY IT HAPPENED SO IT WAS A PROOF. THIS IS A WARNING TO EVERYONE BUYING FROM THEM BUT DOES NOT LIVE IN GUJARAT OR INDIA. THIS IS THE TRUTH OF THE OWNER, THE PRODUCTS AND THE COMPNY. I STAY IN THE CITY AND HAVE ALREADY VISITED THEM THRICE BUT THE OWNER STILL STANDS WITH HIS STATEMENT THAT HE CAN NOT REFUND THE MONEY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I DOUBT IF THIS IS THE RESULT OF MAKE IN INDIA MOVEMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. THINK HUNDRED TIMES BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM.
Though whole staff from the fitting team to the sales persons are really nice. They exactly know how to treat a customer. I am really satisfied with the communication and interaction with the sales as well as after sales team for their support.
