★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t get deceived by the crowd or rush you see in the hotel- food taste and quality is below average for the price they ask. Service is very slow and staff is kind of rude. Promfret that we ordered for dinner wasn’t fresh and Poha we had for breakfast was very cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here it is , i hve been to alibaug (Nagaon Beach ) for stay trips , one days return trips and everything . But , i have never missed to stop at this point and place called mahesh lunch home . This place is specialised in sea food and specially very much famous for their fabulous taste for pomfret fry fishes and surmai fry fishes . They serve fresh sea water fishes in no time and also. One can opt for their fish thali which comes with unlimited rice and prawn fish curry .
I would suggest all to pay a visit and enjoy and make more memories at with some tasty food.

Limited menu is available but everything here is good even Veg food.
Vegetarian have only paneer & Sprouts in main course. Modak is famous here also Solkadi is must here. No punjabi or Chinese dish available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is looks simple but the quality of food is really great.. we didn't order to much only chapati, veg kolhapuri, paneer masala. and solkadi..
Veg kolhapuri is too good everyone liked it so we order another one?.. paneer masala is not that great ok ok.. the quality of chapati also rich but its really thin not like our home.. Solkadi is so refreshing must try?..
Good seating area, food is great and the people of this restaurant are also nice and friendly..
Must try when you are near to nagaon beach..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken thali is the best here. Rice and Rassa (gravy/curry) is unlimited here for thali. Fried prawns were also delicious. They serve one of the best Sol kadi in the region which is not to be missed when you visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bit confusing sing there are 3 mahesh lunch home and all of them brand themselves ast the old and original ones to add on all 3 of them share walls being right next to each others . Still have no clue which one was the original mahesh lunch home but i did visit the 1st one in line and to be honest the ambience is not impressive but taste wise the food is amazing i ate chicken thali and it was amazing i also tried some prawns fry now being malvani they were not that impressive
Price wise it's pretty affordable so yeah overall I'd say 4 stars
