I fully understand about Ur expectations..But I had to tell u the truth.I don't attend phone calls frequently and all my patients r aware of it.If this is your deciding criteria,it is upto u..

Your diagnosis were wrong, you asked for 5 tests, money is in your mind and the team. Two days back i came to buy Crocin drops and never got bill because this is what you do. Black money
And for phone calls as patients we have right to call- only in emergency and we have no time to call you frequently.
Telling the truth - You are lying because for picking phone it is hard for you and when someone comes and pays INR 700 then you have all the time even if that customer comes everyday.
I am starting an online campaign against you and will make sure i take all corrective actions to let whole Delhi NCR and specially the clinic areas and Hospital you visit.
I can stand for all and have the guts to do this and have done it.
I will go to any legal limit if required.
We are patients, we need support, we are not here to get LOOTED.
Make note of this.
