★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have book a 2 BHK apartment in Mahima Florenza, Jaipur. On booking they said it will be handed over within 3 years, they took 7 years to deliver it. Further they promised to gave 2 AC in Flat along with possession ( I have it in writing: an email from then VP Amardeep from Mahima group official email) but they are not giving now.
Be very careful & don’t trust them at all!
