Please avoid like plague and don't fall victim to what the complex offers at superficial level. There are current or past dengue patients in every second flat here. I am current tenant here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and lots of towers. Total of 16 towers of which 8 will be constructed in Phase 2. Some glaring design issues inside the house like it is not possible to install a washing machine in its designated spot without removing the kitchen doors, cracked floor marble/tiles and so on.
Other amenities like car park, gym, swimming pool etc are all good.
