★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My XUV500 had clutch play issue, stranded on highway with family this Mahindra Services Center was the nearest as per Google search. The consultancy provided over the phone was accurate and managed to get my car over to workshop. Mr BY Rao is top notch person, with 18 years of experience on Mahindra vehicle got the clutch plate and oil pressure cylinder replaced with-in 4 hours. The service center ensured lounge was clean and made us comfortable. At first glance the workshop looked small and I wasn’t expecting the service they provided. It’s more of human touch and support that made us comfortable. As a complimentary they offered free wash too.
Overall I am happy with service and support offered here. Cruising back home to Pune with smile and assurance that service comes with 6 months warranty on parts replaced.
