★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales person took us behind mechanical department where the vehicles were getting repaired and one of the mechanic was removing some part from other customers vehicle which was hitting from front and after noticing we were coming he just left that place and came back later and got the part robbed if I am not mistaken and fixed in other vehicle which means the customers are not guaranteed of their vehicles being robbed even after giving in showroom. If he was not robbing then he was not suppose to take part from one to another vehicle and he was suppose to go to the parts store. Such a big company but the administration and management was very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I have purchased XUV 700 AX7L varient and the showroom sales person name was shamshuddin with whom I made my all enquiries and booking for the car.I feel that shamshuddin is a great asset for the showroom at kadapa to improve their sales and also to give the customer nice experience and good KT about the product,but as far as showroom is concerned there need to lot of improvement like when a customer arrives and want to wait for the delivery and for service their delivery waiting rooms aren’t up to the mark and especially in peak summer you can’t ever bare to sit there for 10mins
