★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted first choice for emergency help, they were short in staff and were not ready for help.
I was travelling with my family and my car had some issue so wanted to have assistant from service centre but they did not have staff to help. I struggled almost for 5 hours for very minor issue with family on the highway, it was expected for such a name that they can at lease help us when we need them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliance General Insurance assigned these people for my inspecting my car for renewal of my insurance policy. Inspector came to house inspected, and said no problems or scratches were there. The manager sitting in office, judges by photos and says that that there are deep dents on my vehicle and inspector is lying.
When we confronted him, he said (aamhi roz 100 gaadi baghto, amhala kadat nahi ka?? photos baghun kadte ??)
When I did self inspection of my vehicle using same method. Insurance company passed it without any doubts.
So, if any insurance company sends you their representative for inspection, PLEASE don't avail their services. I have lost my money and my time & their is no coordination between their team.
