β β β β β Very unprofessional, they don't care about customer, guy who is there to show u car don't know the specification of car and can't speak properly ,He left us in between when other customer came and didn't bother about test drive or booking. Bad experience overall will never visit again

β β β β β I live about 70kms from Akola I went there to get a test drive. Unfortunately there was Sunday and officially the showroom was closed. So I contacted from official website and the staff was too helpful and polite. They gave me proper tour and information of required car on Sunday only and for a test drive they have arranged separate session afterwards. Nice gesture and good staff.

β β β β β Very helpful staff. The rear protective bumper of my car had been banged on highway and as soon as I came in akola the staff were quick to help and replaced it very fast. Thanks to all the staff.

β β β β β This service centre has most useless service staff which has kept me waiting for more than 4 hrs and then informed that the part is not available. I have clearly shown them picture of part and they told that i will have to wait to get it changed without checking the availability of the part. I Never visit this showroom / service centre
