★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing my experience, I went to HAV Motors for my first free service of Scorpio. I reached there at 1:30 pm, they made the job card at 2:30 pm and they registered it in their register for servicing for 3:30pm. And finally my turn came at 5pm. In the name of first free service the only change the Mobil. The so called "free car washing" service which the promise to give is only given to few vehicles.
Also, complaining to GM won't work because the workers don't pay heat to his words.
In a nut shell, get a vehicle serviced at HAV Motors require a full day with not the even the guarantee of full satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service record. Vehicles logged even for regular servicing in morning, will only be delivered in evening. Visitors can't watch what's happening with their vehicle being serviced. Most of the time mechanics are on leave.
They will keep buggering on phone regarding service appointments but vehicle delivery schedule is very pathetic. Vehicles start arriving by 09:00 in morning but staffs are available only after 10:30 AM. Post sales servicing needs to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. They don't have service spare parts. You will have to run to and fro to get your vehicle serviced. Few officials are good here like newly appointed GM of service Mr. Cheeranjeevi who is trying to refine the process. Prefer some other outlet for getting your vehicle serviced well.
