I am going to mumbai but my Xuv 500 have some problems in engine but I called them 8 days ago but they say there is no laptop and sometime say there is no worker and it's been 10 days today, my car is not fixed and my mumbai plan is also canceled

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad, if anybody comes to your place by any means or for any reason or at wrong time, but you should attend customer, and if your showroom is close, still you should attend customer politely and say today is off sir, please come on next working day, instead you are just scolding your guard saying who allowed this guy inside premises.
This is ridiculous.
