β β β β β Very poor service centre. Be very careful if you send your vehicle for the service at this centre. And take a note while handing it over to staff. They break your accessories and the argue with you. Eventhough cctv r there & u tell you to see recording to know the truth. They deniy it flatly.... So be extra vihiliant if you go TO MAHINDERA SHIMLA SERVICE CENTRE AY NER CHOWK MANDI.

β β β β β Not Statisfied with the Services they provide. Most of the Time they don't have the Part's of any vehicle.
Called Them and Asked About the Mud Flaps for XUV300 they told you can come and can get when we reached they denied the service telling the Part's are not available
Waste of time.

β β β β β Service is average and there's no hospitality no welcomes no proper info. No demo vehicles available for test drives! Customer has to check vehicle of its own!
I request every Mahindra dealership not only this but you guys have to improve your services if Mahindra is providing such great feature vehicles and best in segment vehicle so Mahindra also look towards after sale services as well as to improve coustomer experience!
