β β β β β Fake showroom. All the employees here are cheaters. They tried to fool us by selling us a defective car. We booked a car and the sales person βAshirwad aka Deepakβ promised us to deliver the car by 30th Jan 2022 but unable to deliver on time then he promised us to deliver the car by 10th Feb 2022 he asked for payment on 4th Feb we made the payment on 6th Feb 2022. So we asked him to take the delivery on 7th Feb 2022. Now he request us to come on 8th Feb 2022, we agreed. Then we call him on 8th Feb 2022. He again asked us to come on next day. We again agreed. Now in the morning of 9th Feb we called him so he requested us to come after 2:00 PM. We went to the showroom now what we see is the car which we booked was defective the car was painted and several parts were rusted and dented also. So we denied to take the delivery of that car and asked for the another piece of the same model. Now they refused and we were unable to gift the car in marriage. We felt insulted whenever our guests asked for our new car because of that salesman and the poor management of this showroom. Then we did complaint against this. The we received a call from the area sales manager of Mahindra, his name is Sumit. Mr. Sumit, Mr. Ashirwad aka Deepak and the showroom manager went to our house after a long conversation over the call and Mr. Sumit who is the area sales manager assured us that we will get the delivery of our car within 2 months because the demand of that car is high so we agreed. And now on 10th of March the Showroom manager called us and said that we will not give you car we will refund your money. They are playing a dirty game with us. I request you to never go on this showroom. You should buy from somewhere else maybe the difference will be βΉ10000 but it will give you a huge relief. They made our experience to buy our 1st ever car extremely poor. Totally dissatisfied with this showroom.
