★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Friday (05/Nov/2021), we were on our way to 'Ujjain Mahakal Darshan' with family in our Mahindra Marazzo GJ-01-HY-6542 from Ahmedabad (Gujarat). In the evening, one accident happened with us near Jambua road, where our front windshield and right side glass and front bumper were broken.
On next day (06/Nov), we visited Mahindra Showroom - Bhagirath Motors, Ujjain and met the Service Head Shri Gulab Kotwani. He had listened our entire accident very quietly and requested to repair our car as soon as possible. Shri Gulab Kotwani had guided us for preparing insurance paper and also talked with Bajaj insurance person even though insurance person was on leave and explained our entire problem to him. Within only 6hrs, Shri Gulab Kotwani and his team repaired our Marrazzo and returned it to us around 8 pm (Saturday).
Ujjain city was new for us and the cooperation given by Shri Gulab Kotwani is really commendable and deserves many many thanks.
Proudly saying that I am a member of Mahindra family. Many many thanks to such a Noble man like Shri Gulab Kotwani ❤ se Thank you !
