★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is actually with regard to the service they provide after sales.. just got my car serviced and within three days the car boot switch stopped working.. went there at the workshop and with their stubborn attitude got so frustrated that had to return back without even getting any bit of work done!! surprisingly did received a message(sms) an hour later stating-"YOUR VEHICLE IS READY" ...
disappointed, hated , would would never recommend anyone..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if I should be giving even a single star.... This is extremely frustrating to see the kind of Service Sterling Mahindra Gurgaon provides... and now I have nothing but to go on Social Media and may go to Consumer court to fight this out..
It has been over a month now that they have kept my Car (Rexton RX7) since it had a case of water logging (surprisingly my car engine stopped working just because i passed through a water logged area) and i had get it towed to Sterling Mahindra, who have been extremely disappointing to sort it out...Fist they said, we need to get the engine checkup done, then Insurance folks said that the dismantled my engine and air filter so now i cannot get my insurance too, now i hear that it is not covered...and then that they will start working on the engine soon....that soon has taken 40 days now and nothing has started...
this is unbelievable...and for the last 3 days, they did not even update me on the status of my Vehicle... When i go there i have to run pillar to post as none of them is ready to take the ownership and no one works as a team there but gives me a nonsense reason that the person handling my case is not available and so nothing can be done as of now..
I am being forced to take unpleasant steps now....and will keep posting everyone on the resolution so that no one goes to Mahindra for any Vehicle.... Especially Rexton, which is given a step motherly treatment as Mahindra do not manufacture it... My biggest mistake to buy such an expensive but useless car... Mind you all..it has been just a year and a half of buying this car and this issue happened....
Alas!!!! You guys suck!!!!
